Agreement Contract
Units rent for $250.00 per night or $1250.00 per week (7 nights). A one-night non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm reservations. A two-night minimum is required from May through September. Holiday weekends are $300.00 per night (Three-night minimum). Each unit comfortably sleeps six adults. A cleaning fee is included in the rent, but an additional fee of $150 may be added if excessive cleaning is needed for the unit, or if a trace of smoking is found inside the units. Boat docks are available for overnight if you have a rented unit. Boat dock fee is $50.00 per night (only available to those renting units from R&D Oen Investments). Our units are at a first come first serve basis.
Features of Our Units:
- Must be 21 or older to rent any of our properties. A valid identification is required at check in.
- Non-Smoking
- No Pets
- We restrict units to a maximum of 6 adults per unit.
- Fully Furnished
- Dishes, pots and pans
- All linens supplied (we do ask that you bring additional towels)
- Kitchen has range, refrigerator and microwave
Your rent pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to avoid the additional extra fee, guests are still expected to perform the following:
- Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
- Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry & place in cupboards.
- Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large dumpster located at Oen Cove campgrounds across from Froggys. Please do not leave trash on the front/ back porch.
- Please try your best to keep our properties in the condition it was at check-in.
- Any damages to any unit or property of R&D Oen Investments will be assessed and charged to the person/persons of this agreement.
- In the event of any incidents, R&D Oen investments reserve the right to void this agreement without a refund.
Guest reminder: Neighboring homes are private property and we ask guests to please not trespass or infringe on neighbor’s enjoyment of the lake. Parking is available at each unit, but limited. Additional parking can be found nearby. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.
